Compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support to help you build a more peaceful relationship with food and care for your health.

Nutrition is more than food.
Food connects us to our bodies, our families, our cultures, our memories, and our sense of care for ourselves.Your relationship with food, your health, and your body is shaped by your experiences, values, culture, and the realities of everyday life.I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to nutrition counselling that moves beyond diets and quick fixes — supporting you with evidence, curiosity, and care.

About Stephanie
With over 10 years of experience in community health and primary care, I have had the privilege of sitting alongside people through many different seasons of life. These experiences have shaped the way I practice. I start with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.I am passionate about creating a space where people feel heard and supported, especially those who have felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or judged in their relationship with food. I believe nutrition care can be a place for healing, trust, and finding a way of eating that feels more peaceful and sustainable.Outside of my work as a Registered Dietitian, I am someone who finds joy in cooking, dancing, nature, movement, and spending time with loved ones.
